Linden’s primary responsibility is the marketing and distribution strategies for LMW Invest including brand growth, market awareness, marketing collateral and institutional and retail distribution. Linden has been responsible for the distribution business, planning and capital raising for firms such as Orchard Funds Management, Multiplex Capital and ReCap. At Multiplex Capital he was responsible for the successful, oversubscribed raising of over AUD$214 million in equity for the Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund. This included both retail and institutional placements (fund size circa $850 million). At ReCap he successfully doubled both FUM as well as investor numbers. Linden is currently the President of the Australian Direct Property Investment Association (ADPIA).
