LMW Invest is committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service consistent with best practice principals. Should you at any time wish to make a complaint, below is a brief outline of the steps you should take. More details can be found in the LMW Invest Complaint Resolution Guide.

  • Contact us and explain the problem. If you use an intermediary such as a financial planner or broker, they can convey the complaint to us on your behalf.
  • If your complaint cannot be resolved over the phone, you can make a formal written complaint to us.
  • If you are unsatisfied by the outcome you can contact the appropriate external dispute resolution service.
