Michael’s primary responsibility is the establishment and running of LMW Invest managed funds, including development and management of investment products, preparation of offer documents and capital raising. Prior to joining LMWI, Michael was responsible for the management of a number of unlisted property funds (retail and wholesale) with Investa Property Group. The assets comprised CBD commercial properties throughout Australia with a total portfolio value of $700 million. His duties included setting budgets for the Trusts; revising forecasts for Trust income and distributions and monitoring asset performance against budgets; determining long term strategies for the buildings; and preparing strategic business plans for each Trust, with consideration being given to acquisition / disposal strategies and timing.
