LMW Invest is committed to maintaining a high standard of customer service consistent with best practice principals. Should you at any time wish to make a complaint, below is a brief outline of the steps you should take. More details can be found in the LMW Invest Complaint Resolution Guide.
- Contact us and explain the problem. If you use an intermediary such as a financial planner or broker, they can convey the complaint to us on your behalf.
- If your complaint cannot be resolved over the phone, you can make a formal written complaint to us.
- If you are unsatisfied by the outcome you can contact the appropriate external dispute resolution service.

2 March 2010 – RBA raises official cash rate
At its meeting today, the RBA Board decided to raise the cash rate by 25 basis points to 4.0 per cent, effective 3 March 2010.

3 February 2010 – RBA leaves official cash rate on hold
At its meeting today, the RBA decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 3.75 per cent. This breaks a run of three consecuticve monthly increases that began in October.
